Refund policy

As you're going through our returns/exchange process, please keep in mind that every product that you order from us has been handcrafted by our artisans and takes about 2-7 days to make, or more. There may be slight variations in stone colour, texture, or oxidization. We believe that these variations add character and charm to our products, making each one a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. ⭐

Please follow these steps to register your request:

1. Keep your Order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number) handy.
2. You can send us a mail at fankaariisilverjewellery@gmail.com and we would be happy to work out a resolution for you.
3. Let us know the reason of exchange and attach the video of unboxing.
4. Unboxing video is mandatory.
5. Send the mail. That's it. ✅

✉️ Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the status.

📦 If accepted, Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive. Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check and then within 10-15 days we will issue you a exchange.

We do not Issue Cash Refund for any reason. 
Incase your item is not available, the amount will be credited back to you

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:-

We do not accept exchange unless there is a damage or defect or you have received the wrong product from our side. Make sure you have a video recording of unboxing the package to help us resolve your query faster.

Personalized Products:
Products that have been engraved or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have been damaged in transit, there is a design defect, or you have received the wrong item.

Marketplace Purchases:
Any purchases made from other online portals (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart) will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.

Clearance Sale Products:
Items purchased during our clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Cancellation Policy:
- No refund or return applicable if the order has been accepted or dispatched.
- No Cancellation


Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:

Minor colour or design variations: Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.

If your product darkens over time: Natural oxidation is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic and storage conditions.
